These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 377bat ("377bat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://377bat.bet, including all sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash game, and payment services offered therein.

By accessing the 377bat website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 377bat supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals from Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 377bat does not apply currency conversion charges or platform-side transaction fees to any of the supported Bangladesh payment methods.

Deposits: The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 377bat account balance within 60 seconds of the mobile money transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 24 hours. 377bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification; accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals. 377bat aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within one to four hours during normal operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 377bat reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Any balance derived from a bonus that has not yet met its applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fulfilled in full.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, 377bat reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• Deposits made to 377bat are used solely for the purpose of gambling on the platform. 377bat accounts are not bank accounts and do not earn interest on held balances.

From time to time, 377bat offers bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general rules set out in this section and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts issued by 377bat are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds, and validity period are detailed in the terms of each promotion. Players are advised to read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance separately from the real-money balance. Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus validity periods begin at the moment the bonus is credited to the account. Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity window will expire automatically.
• Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate (or at zero) towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced percentage. Full contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

All bets placed on the 377bat sportsbook are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules. 377bat reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet in circumstances including but not limited to:

Live in-play betting: Bets placed during live in-play events are subject to the same general rules. In-play odds update in real time, and 377bat operates a brief acceptance delay to protect against latency exploitation. 377bat will not be liable for bets that were not confirmed prior to a relevant event occurring (e.g., a goal scored before a bet on the next goalscorer was accepted).

Casino games: All casino games available on 377bat — including slots, live casino titles, and crash games — are sourced from certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All RNG-based casino games use certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness. 377bat does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 377bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the individual concerned:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account use.
• Underage gambling: Using or attempting to use the platform while under the age of 18, or assisting any person under 18 in accessing the platform.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one 377bat account simultaneously or sequentially in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner intended to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated in-play betting strategies.
• Arbitrage and matched betting with bonus funds: Using bonus funds to place bets across multiple platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, thereby exploiting promotional offers without genuine gambling risk.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Placing bets or making deposits during known system errors, incorrect odds displays, or software malfunctions with the intention of extracting value from the error.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner without prior written approval from 377bat.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. All transactions on 377bat are monitored and suspicious activity will be reported to law enforcement.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with payment providers after funds have been deposited and used on the platform. Chargeback fraud is a criminal offence and will be prosecuted accordingly.
• Account sharing: Sharing your 377bat account login credentials with any third party, or placing bets on behalf of any other person using your account.

377bat employs sophisticated fraud detection and anti-abuse systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts placed under review, during which withdrawal processing may be suspended. If the review confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

Closure by the player: You may request to close your 377bat account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal rules, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or closure by 377bat: 377bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7

• Regulatory or compliance obligations requiring account action
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude from 377bat for a set period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened or re-registered under a different identity. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 377bat holds its operating licence. Players who feel their complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily by 377bat's internal dispute resolution process may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in writing.
